The Manzano group, a major player in the catering sector, contacted Hazard Studio because it wanted to refurbish its premises to create a short-circuit restaurant concept.

Alfredo Rodriguez, Architect, conceived the space as a gastronomic journey for all lovers of a warm and cosy atmosphere, from those looking for a quick meal at the bar to those who want to enjoy a meal with friends and extend the after-dinner with a drink or cocktail leaning against the high tables. The open-plan kitchen gives a feeling of confidence by providing a transparent view of how the food is prepared.

This project is an example of Hazard Studio's conceptual restaurant design and fit-out.
