Nacho Manzano has two Michelin stars. He asked Hazard Studio to design a restaurant around the concept of the Nacho Manzano gastronomic experience.

Fitting out a gourmet restaurant: space design for a concept restaurant in Spain

To give the NM gastronomic experience a unique dimension, interior designer Alfredo Rodriguez created a neutral, organic environment.

The design and interior layout were conceived so that the restaurant of the two-starred chef, Nacho Manzano's restaurant to fulfil its main vocation: creativity.

The focus was on a state of calm and stimulation.
